LH et al... re bears. The golf club works fine in combination with a flashlight, but only on dark nights. Now, when the moon or sun is up, I change out the five iron for a twelve. As fer bangin a pot, I'd rather deal with a bear than the neighbours. And, no, firin a 12ga shotgun over a bear in the middle of the night don't bother the neighbours... it's the backwoods of Kent County.

Speakin a night creatures, ever play with bats? Well, with kids and bats.... all ya need is a kid(s) and a broomstick. Tell the kid s/he gets $5 for each bat. They sleep real good after swingin an missin until they give up. The bats like it a lot.
