Alison's point is not a major problem while there was only the present permathread up top. It's very title is just what anyone might expect to find permanently on top. If there's to be another though, it would help if it finished up with a similarly indicative subject line.

The downside of teal, on my machine at least, is that it's the colour that other threads turn to to indicate that they've been opened during current session. But then the latter may be something I can customise on the desktop.
