Movie: Contrasting Colors

Movie based on a campaign of a black man and a white woman running for President.
The movie hinges upon the white lady using technicalities, annoymous electronic voting and racism in many subtle and insidious ways until her chances are totally dashed when she fires her campaign advisor William Penn who is also publicist for Blackwater and Countrywide Mortgage company. The black candidate delivers the "Sword is mightier than the Penn" speech exposing dark connections to an unpopular war by the lady candidate.
