No wonder it is so difficult tell what the rules are. Are there actual rules for RIP threads vs Others? Are they written down some where?

I am not sure that I did inject politics. I didn't mean to I just quoted the man. From a speech I am sure he was proud of. I did not say that the quote was bad or good. It is simply what i thought of when I heard that he was dead.
