I was kicked back 1967, working at a riding stable nr Dunster. Caught me in the right ear & the gristle is still thicker there to this day. I literally woke up in Minehead hospital.
I don't believe in astral projection one ioata but I do have a very clear "memory" of the whole incident, this of course is the brain putting together the "missing bits"
