In spite of the fact that I was doing what The landlord, Rob, had asked me to do, and doing so with a limited knowledge (it would now seem) of what else was going on, you choose , in your infinite wisdom to call it self importance, and monopolisation.

I wouldn't dream of interfering in YOUR little empire, so I wash my hands of it.

You may explain my departure from the scene to Rob in any way you wish. I'm sure your keen legal mind will come up with something that makes you seem in the right.
