The Hoxton Hotel is about a 20 minute tube journey from Wembley and very straightforward.

Go to Wembley Park tube and get the Metropolitan line southbound to Moorgate ( it'll take about 15 minutes and tubes every ten minutes or so later at night.) Then change to Northern line and go Nortbound for one stop to Old St, and there's your hotel.

There'll be throngs of concert leavers going to Wembley Park tube after the gig, you won't get lost. Don't bother with a cab, they'll never find you amongst the thousands, they'll charge you an arm and a leg and the tube journey is good craic after a gig.
