Some southbound Metropolitan line trains terminate at Baker Street, rather than going through to the city - but Wembley Park station has signs on the platform indicating the destinations of the next 4 trains and how many minutes away they are.

Oh and for going to Wembley - normally there are some fast trains that don't stop between Finchley Road and Harrow, but I think on a concert night they'll all stop.
