Perhaps the answer is to be found in publication of the 'member name' from which a troll post originated. Much like photo radar tickets, it assigns no blame. Just deals with the facts.

This post came from so-and-sos address (without giving the ISP info). It's entirely possible that some members have people around them who access their Mudcat names from their ISP and say nasty things. Anyway, that's my thought on it.
