But there are half a dozen instances of Condolezza affirming to the world that the United States does not condone torture; while new evidence suggests she chaired meetings defining detailed methods thereof including the infamous drowning torture. Did we include "must be an energetic, persuasive liar with low conscience" in the want ad or something?
