George Ward is from upstate New Youk & neighbor to John Roberts who sings with Tony Barrand & "Ye Mariners All". Already mentioned from the Rhode Island area were both Compass Rose & just west of them the "Rum Soaked Cooks". There are folks in New Orleans but at the moment there all trying to float there boats, KC King being one of them along with a host of others.
