Azizi covered it? What is she, the Mudcat token?

Azizi gave the link to the Obama speech where he did the Jay Z move. She didn't mention the pop culture reference to the hip hop song Obama was referencing in that speech.

So, I decided to explore "what it meant" here in another thread, so as not to hijack the debate thread. This isn't a thread about the debate. This is a thread about what it will mean to have the first hip hop president. Big difference.

BTW, I wouldn't be so quick to diss the endorsement of a hip hop mogul if I were you, meself. Obama will need every vote he can get in November, including--maybe even especially--the hip hop vote.
