We've had these weapons for approximately 63 years now and we've only chosen to use them twice, on the same enemy, nearly 63 years ago. Hillary Clinton is much less likely to use them than the current regime.
I haven't heard Obama make any statements about getting rid of the nukes either so I tend to believe that he'd use them if nothing else than as a deterrent.
