Can anyone shed light on this song?

A friend of ours is looking for the lyrics and hopefully a long lost recording of what we think is a cowboy song.We think it's called Talk(ing)?? to the Angels or could be Angels in the sky...not sure. We do remember some of the lyric and the approx. yr released. (sure dates us....:-)

I don't know if this is part of a verse or chorus but here goes.

...and when you feel him near you the Lord will always hear you talking to the Angels in the sky.....

Talk to the Angels let them hear your prayer tell them that you're lonely and you need a helping hand to guide and hold you......
