We had a saying then that still applies--vote early, often, and on behalf of your dead uncles!

And people think the electorate is cynical now?

BTW Dave, seeing as you are a native son, let me assure you--voter fraud ain't much of an issue here precisely because of the system of checks placed upon same day registration here, and elsewhere.

Those votes that are cast using same day registration are verifiable after the vote takes place.

In fact, they've just found a 26,000 vote clerical error in PA--that is why the count ain't official until they count a whole mess of times.
