The Uniboob! I wear them sometimes because they're convenient and cheap, but they don't do a whole lot for me.

Fasteners in the back are probably because they'd be lumpy under clothing. So are those stupid little bows they put on the front. Of course, it hurts to get into or out of a uniboob when your shoulder's messed up.
