Doesn't anybody remember Lyndon Johnson, who used to brag about all the dead people who voted for him in so many elections. If it doesn't cost the voter anything to obtain a photo ID, there's no way it can be called an obstacle for voting.

                The funny thing to me is, the same people who complain about the electronic voting machines (a concern I share by the way) are the ones who complain about making sure voters are who they say they are.
