That wasn't really voter fraud. That was election fraud, and it looks to me like even photo IDs wouldn't have prevented him from stealing the election, just as it hasn't prevented illegal purging of voter rolls, and other kinds of election fraud and malfeasance from taking place. If people really want to ensure a free and fair election, we need to clean up the process from the top down, not the other way around.
