Well, Alice... Here in Virginia everyone who registers to vote is issued a "Voter ID Card"... Throwin' ion a pic wouldn't be that great a cost compared to the lousy and corrupt voting sytem that wer now have...
I thought that the US was the beakon of democracy but now, all of a sudden, it ain't affordable??? Such a system would cost less than a day in Iraq and make our system, ahhhhhhh, transparent....
