If you feed a young baby skinless grapes...although light green in colour...the stool produced is emerald green and does the child no harm.....
Have you suffered any ill effects from the phenomenom...if not..is it really a problem? May be worth discussing with your doctor at next visit just to assure yourself that it is safe.
