I would have thought that whereabouts on the bill someone comes is reliant in part, is on their ability to sell tickets. You may feel that Bill Caddick's name will sell tickets. The organiser whose festival it is - on that piece of paper - did not. Bill is given more or less the same amuount of space on the website as everyone else.
