You would not want to do it for more than a couple of hours as pure oxygen is poisonous (air is about 21% oxygen). It is sometimes used in hyperbaric treatment chambers for the treatment of divers with "the bends" and for other conditions, e.g. hypoxia.

While oxygen is itself not flammable it of course supports combustion very strongly.
