If this thread is still alive, I made a recording of Bill Boazman singing at the Pig in the Field folk club at Eversley (Berkshire) in the late 70s. It includes 'The Worm Forgives the Plough'. The song was transcribed in The Southern Rag magazine which Ian Anderson later transmogrified into Folk Roots.
