You should go to the sporting goods store, LH, and get some deer scent (that they use for luring bucks during hunting season), and dribble or spray (or whatever) some of it up the center of the ramp. That might fix it for you. Alternatively, you could go out and kill a rabbit, or go to the pet store and buy a mouse or a rat and kill it, then cut open the carcass and drag it up the ramp. That might do it. You might even be able to drag a live critter up the ramp and get some results instead of killing it.
