Good grief, Fantasma: I don't even know if Hanks is an egomaniac or not, but that tape isn't the proof that he is; his whole wording and tone indicates his own awareness that a celebrity endorsement is something of a joke; that he just felt like making the statement for whatever it is or isn't worth.
