Well -- I am not sure what "that shit" consists of, PG, but those I know who participated in The Mankind Project came away from their initial weekend deeply moved and dramatically changed by the experience -- more forthcoming, more honest, less assertive, and more in communication than they had been when they went in.

So whatever they did it must have been some good medicine for 'em. According to those who was there, these changes were typical for over 90% of the attendees, about thirty in number for one weekend retreat. But it wasn't in the woods, it was at a camp site with cabins and bunks.

Dunno about running naked, nobody said anything 'bout that.
