You experience is VERY different from mine. For all the use the tech desk were I may as well have phoned mothercare, that is if you can get through to the right helpdesk in the first place.

My experience of virgin was so bad I also cancelled my phone contract with them.

I have also heard poor reports about talk-talk, but one can only speak as one finds and, up to now, they have been pretty good.
