Banana flapjacks

4oz butter melted in a pan with
2 big spoons of honey,
2 or 3 mashed, really really ripe bananas
museli to mix.

Melt the butter in the pan with the honey, add the mashed bananas and as much muesli to make it a good solid mass - this varies between 10 and 14oz.

Bake in a moderate oven until springy to touch. Don't try taking them out of the pan until they've cooled a lot.
