The Skiddaw hotel has a folk night on a Wednesday, during the season. You generally have to tell the one in charge, Martin Jordan, if you perform. Every other Sunday afternoon, but which one I do not know, at the Twa Dogs. A phone call to the pub would tell you. I think the Grey Horse in Penrith has a folk night one Monday a month.
