Clinton is the one who used to tip the top of the last chair and jerk it away a few inches so the girl with glasses and pig tails who actually GOT the chair slipped and fell flat on the floor while ol' Clinty sat down on it triumphantly with the look of contrived innocence on his grubby little face.
