When I was 4 or 5 I know we used to sing the following with great delight at primary school in Lancs, NW England:

What's the time? Ten to nine
Hang your knickers on the line
When they're dry, bring them in
And put them in the biscuit tin
Eat a biscuit, eat a cake
Eat your knickers by mistake!
