A curious choice of words: "who was TEASED over the Internet" (my capitals) ... I heard it put that way in radio news report; I thought maybe I had mis-heard ... I doubt that anyone is deliberately trying to play down the seriousness of the harrassment, but that's the effect of using the word 'teased' in this case ...
