I hadn't thought about this for years, but on Sunday CBC TV will host a documentary on Elijah Harper, the heroic Aboriginal Canadian who put the kibosh on Brian Mulroney's fiendish plans to make Conservative and Separatist values part of the Constitution of Canada.
