Got some lab results today. My total cholesterol is down 2 points, LDL is down 2 points, HDL is up 1 point, Triglicerides are perfect. Blood sugar is still in the normal range, too! Weight-wise I've stayed about the same, but things are fitting differently and there is definitely some 'reshaping' going on! I'm up to 40 minutes walking combined treadmill and outside and doing that 4-5 times a week. :-)
