Tex, I agree with you, and so does Crosby. Hype is hype is hype. The NHL has a thorough strategic plan and that includes media; every player now is coached on the right "talking points" for every occasion. Hm, it's a bit cult-like in that respect. :~)

Therrien has one more trick up his sleeve he could play if he really is the cold-blooded, genius-quality son of a bitch I hope he is. :~) I think I'll keep that one to myself for now, though.
