Farmsong, there are (nonMudCat) rooms at PalTalk every night, in my recent experience. You need to go to Adult/music/livemusic, and you're likely to see perhaps seven or eight rooms, only one or two of which will have any significant population. The largest room may be 20 to 35 people, and some of them will have only one or two people.

I haven't been very active for quite some time, but recently have resumed stopping in for an hour or two, maybe for a night or two in a week, and then perhaps not for another week or so. But in the most active rooms there's quite a continuing population, some of whom are very good, and of course some indifferent, and then a bunch of pure lurkers.

It's been a long time since I've seen prearranged, announced MudCat rooms at PalTalk.
