Also, not mentioned so far (because it isn't exclusively/officially "maritime music" oriented, perhaps?) is the Celtic Colours festival up Cape Breton way.

Of course, that would be a festival celebrating a culture from the maritimes, not US, and not just "maritime music".

But there isn't a better festival in all North America come October!
