Read the You-Tube agreement....it gives a litaney of offences...ALL very VALID!!

There are multiple reasons from copyright, to subject matter, privacy and moral perpetude.

The "wonderful thing" is that within 20 minutes of a posting...the video is generaly available from 20 different but similar type servers in SoAm/Asia/India/Phillipines/MidEast. Think of the natural economy found within Nature...nothing is destroyed.

Many of those countries quickest to sign the "Keoto Accord" have been slowest to acknowledge/promote/prosecute "intellectual property rights."

If you have problems with YouTube's policy....save your files to another server and use BLUE CLICKYS to send them in to your directions.
