I figured I might find the name of Bob Dylan's agent by Googling bob dylan booking - but I can't believe that ALL those entries are for people who can book Dylan for my kid's Bar Mitzvah.
So, the agent route is out.

I think I agree with weelittledrummer. Sending a card to Bob Dylan is a waste of time and money. So is starting a birthday thread for a performer, but people do it anyhow.
