Skarpi, my brother wrote a small book, now being expanded, in which he purports a theory that we can prevent earthquakes through the use of certain musical intonations. If he ever gets it finished I'll send you a copy, if you'd like. Through his research, he has found numerous places where high populations reside above major fault lines, etc.
