I use a Shubb which works well on my RB175 longneck. I also use the Reagan capo when
I want to play higher up the neck where the frets are closer together. This is good for
intricate clawhammer.

I have found that the spikes don't hold well if you play with force. The Shubb has no trouble keeping the string down with it's screw apparatus.
