Tim will really be missed during the rest of the Presidential campaign. I don't think there's anyone else in the world of journalism able to confront every candidate and every pundit, right, left, or centrist, with the same combination of hard skeptical questioning and basic human respect.

Unlike Ron, I never met the man in person, but I feel like I've known him for years, and feel quite sure that he was just a great guy on every level, not only professionally.
