Royston? Is that Kevin or the one whose name escapes me? And did you perform Byker Hill at the Good Intent during the Sweeps? The young woman singing so impressively with you - your daughter? I love harmony but unfortunately can only butcher (murder theme again) when I attempt it.

I had followed some other threads shortly after the Sweeps and discovered that you were holding a BBQ in honour of loved ones. Didn't mean to be nosey, just trying to get to grips with people and their handles after the Sweeps. I think I left good wishes and my thoughts for that event, but I don't know where.

Sweeps Weekend is an emotional time for me, because buried my daughter Andie (23) in the 1st week of May 2005. She was THE SINGER in the family and now I suppose I sing in memory of her. I rarely sang in public before her passing.

BTW. My partner Chris is also a Hicks.
