As some of you know, Macmillan Cancer Support took care of my dad, Tony Rose, six years ago when he was ill.

Next April my friend and I are going to China to do a seven-day trek along parts of the wall, including through the Yanshan Mountains and 300 steps of Heaven's Ladder, to raise money for this wonderful charity.
Macmillan were a massive support to all of us at this time, and I want to give something back and make sure that other people living with cancer have the chance to experience the work they do, until such time as they are no longer needed in the world!
