Taking this seriously (as I'm not normally wont to do) I'm not sure what's worse, that we're talking about electing a fictional character (who lives large in my mind as I was a contributor to a couple of his adventures)that was born in Africa in the mind of a Canadian (not that there's anything wrong with being Canadian (as Seinfeld might say)), or that I would seriously like to see Chongo's name on the ballot!
