I like that definition! I can hop on either foot, I can run..(well..not Marathons, but maybe a block..), I can jump over walls up to about 3 feet high, I can still get into lotus posture and I can climb ladders and clean gutters! (3 days ago!)

I just turned 69....
sadly, I am not allowed to stand on my head any more...though I 'could'. Got this pinched nerve in the neck.
