I suppose that "cheap" is subjective but we will perhaps not see a large price drop. The problem is rapid inflationary increases from this time foreward. This not only hurts the consumer but threatens the economic stability of the world. No government except possibly Venezuela (and Newfoundland's Danny Williams) has the balls or desire to take on the oil industry.
