I think Little Hawk has his animals confused. Cats don't steal roasts from kitchen counters and then yerk up what they've eaten. That behavior is exclusive to dogs. (Particularly small dogs of German heritage.) Cats kill birds, drag them through the house while leaving a trail of blood and feathers on the carpet, eat half the bird, and then yerk up what they've eaten.
