There is a great compilation put together by Nina Gerber, out two years ago approximately called Remembering Kate Wolf...well worth acquiring. She was also a very generous person. Utah Phillips told the story of Kate visiting his home and after having a drafty bathroom floor experience, returning home, she sent him two hundred dollars to have the floor fixed.
