Well, I understand deficiecies and all that, Rigs, and I'm sorry you lost out but I have a very strong equity position in the house and own the land outright so I'm not concerned about that aspect...

I'm just doing what I promised the P-Vine I would do and that is to try to find out how these work before making the calls... Like if I am an auction house I wouldn't want to pay for advertising and send an auctioner out if I knew the seller had a "reserve price" but as the seller I wouldn't offer the property without one... Which brings up the question... Will the auction house ask me to pay for all the ads??? What percentage is reslistic for the auction house to get if it is sold??? Etc.???
